Does Easybilly really work without Unitify?
Yes. Billing, invoices and payments run on their own. Unitify adds one-click data import and sync, but it is optional.
How do we move off Excel or 1C?
Import buildings, units and meters from a spreadsheet. We help migrate the data and set up tariffs. Most teams go live in a few days.
Where is data stored, and what about GDPR?
Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level, with a full action log. Stored and processed in line with GDPR.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Invoices, the app and the AI ship today in English, German, Latvian, Russian, Azerbaijani and Georgian, and we add new languages on request. Any currency works, rounded correctly to the cent.
How much does it cost?
